Details: Test Manager Glendale, WI Manages the effective and efficient delivery of IT services following the ITIL processes and delivery model for a specific set of services. Position Summary: The SAP Enterprise COE Testing Manager reports to the Sr. Manager, Enterprise COE, Testing and Validation. This role is responsible for test management for a specific business unit or portfolio of projects. Role and Responsibilities: Oversees a testing managed service with a span of control of 10-15 test personnel Manage and monitor regression, On-Demand and performance testing, schedules, vendors, HPQC tools, testing model and scripts. Develops Test Resource utilization & capacity metrics. Defines the verification and validation process and contributes to standard verification checklist. Evaluates and implements Test Process Improvements. Manages and improves the Test Management approach and services. Drives and manages the Business Unit level project and release testing. Drives and manages the On-Demand testing projects. Contributes change candidates and process improvements to the testing procedures and standards assets.
