Demand Planner III - 433I
Details: This position exists to facilitate accurate and timely communication flow between Factory and Sub-Zero/Wolf Distributor partners in terms of product availability. The most important impact of this position has on the organization: the ability to execute on the ODM promises - that is, manage production schedules to support product shipments that align with Distributor needs as wll as internal SOP production planning decisions. This position will provide the up-front planning required to enable enhanced execution by Sales Logistics team and thereby more satisfied Distributor customers. This position is an advanced level demand planning position that will provide leadership in investigating and developing new scheduling processes including software review for continuing improvements, to include training and instruction to others in the department. Leadership will also take place in developing process improvements externally with distributors and internally with sales logistics, marketing, production and engineering. Manage the available to promise process via review of Customer Orders against available production and modify Promise dates if production schedules cannot be changed in the short-term. Maintain production schedules for long term planning and visibility (12 months) based on business plan. Create and maintain short term production plan (1-4 months) based on 120 day Distributor forecast and current orders, keeping in mind frozen time fences for family, sales group and sku changes. Release Manufacturing MO's to support short-term production schedule needs. OEM Finished Goods Planning Create PO releases based on Forecast/Customer Orders. New Product Introductions Serve as member/resource on project teams. Populate system with the plans derived as output of the NPD process and project team work to support meeting targeted availability dates. ECO management New item set-up, insure that all data fields are populated to enable proper planning/visibility. Provide/assist with monthly SOP process preparation.
Driver / Guard
Details: Armored Driver / Guard The Driver / Guard is responsible for the safe delivery and pick-up of customer valuables and/or cargo via armored truck transportation or van. The essential functions of this position are: Operate armored trucks and/or vans in a safe manner, abiding by all federal, state, local and company regulations. Deliver valuables to customers (banks, retail stores, restaurants, etc.). Interact with customers, representing the company in accordance with company standards, maintaining proper conduct, appearance (uniforms), personal hygiene, etc. Complete paperwork accurately and in accordance and in accordance with procedures. Maintain a security awareness at all times, whether driving a vehicle and watching for the hopper or outside of the vehicle delivering shipments to the customer. Receive shipments and cargo at the beginning of the shift and check-in cargo and shipments at the end of the shift to the vault, ensuring the balancing of the receipts. Perform necessary first line maintenance on the vehicle at the beginning and/or end of the shift. May operate runs/routes dedicated to specific needs, i.e. Federal Reserve, BEP (Bureau of Engraving and Printing). May be assigned to participate in jewelry shows throughout the country. Details: Job Summary Under the direction of the On-site Service General Manager and Senior Onsite Technicians work with and alone, on on-site jobs that can include the following: onsite pump & motor repair, cleaning, removal, installation, dry ice cleaning, rewinding, testing and new equipment installations. We will train the right candidate. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS This list of duties and responsibilities is not all -inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. All work will be performed with experienced personnel until necessary experience is obtained to work alone. Disassemble and assemble pumps and motors helpful. Use test equipment including but not limited to surge testers, meggers, multi meters, high pot testers. Understand, perform and retain various skill-related training and operational and safety procedures. Perform pump & motor repair, cleaning, removal, installation, dry ice cleaning, rewinding, testing and new equipment installations. SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: Assist other shop departments / shops with skilled or non-skilled duties as needed. All other duties as assigned by management.
