Responsible for management of scope, schedule and cost of internal and contracted engineering. Provides direction, clear expectations and supervision to all direct reports, contract engineering teams and other resources, ensures that all project engineering team members receive clear direction and feedback. Provides development to FQ engineering resources, through assignment opportunities, feedback and mentoring. Reports regularly to ownership and FQ management on project status and works closely with the site construction team and production leadership to ensure accurate equipment installation and application. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Advanced degree or equivalent education, training and experience related to engineering or project management. Project engineering management experience with 10+ years of successful experience on major green field or brown field construction projects. Able to manage multimillion dollar engineering services contracts. Able to spend extended periods of time in the detailed engineer’s home office. Able to travel outside the USA and communicate effectively with representatives of international service and equipment companies. Able to manage the results of multiple indirect personnel of diverse disciplines, including engineering, procurement and operations, through influence and persuasion. Advanced knowledge of paper production equipment and processes; knowledge of structural, civil, mechanical, controls and electrical construction requirements; general understanding of building codes, OSHA, and other applicable codes and standards and experience managing professional engineering firms. Most of our events are between5am and 6pm Monday through Friday, with an occasional evening or weekend shift . We recruit individuals looking forpart-time work who can pick up shifts around existing jobs or othercommitments. Our integrated services help wellness and disease managementcompanies reach more participants, gather more participant data easier in thedisease management process, and better target interventional health supportservices. We are the only company that meets all the screening needs ofwellness, disease management and managed care companies. We schedulescreenings, manufacture supplies, ship equipment, screen groups and individual,and manage the process from end-to-end.
