Details: About: Hi-Crush Partners LP (HCLP), a publicly traded industrial sand company, is recruiting candidates to staff a Human Resources position in Wisconsin. Hi-Crush is a leading domestic producer, supplier, and distributor of premium Northern White frac sand used to enhance recovery rates of oil and natural gas from hydraulic fracturing wells. Essential Functions: Assists the head of Human Resources in the development, organization, implementation, communication and administration of human resource information systems, recruiting and employment, and various HR programs. Administers the company wide background and drug screening (pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and random) programs. In coordination with outsource provider, supports 1) leave administration to ensure compliance with FMLA; 2 ) the coordination of the STD and LTD application process; and 3) unemployment claims issues and process. Administers performance management processes at designated facilities; coaching leaders on tough conversations, co-creating performance improvement plans and development plans, and ensuring leaders are following through with the annual process. Consults with clients on internal movement decisions; transfers, promotions, job enhancements and ensures decisions are in line with talent and skill gaps, development plans and career pathing Implements designated site staffing plans which involve recruitment and overall talent planning. Coordinates the communication, implementation and administration of the Company HR policies and procedures. Ensures that the company is in compliance with all HR regulatory guidelines to include policies, procedures, record keeping and reporting requirements. Coordinates the investigation and response to HR complaints and legal activities, consulting with legal staff as needed or required. Participates on committees and special projects providing communications, reports and recommendations as needed or requested. Details: Job Summary: Respond, extract water/sewage, dry, clean customer's home/business to pre-loss condition and perform demolition, if necessary. Consistently deliver Exceptional Customer Service to all external/internal customers. Job Description: - Produce on all Emergency Water Extraction & Drying Services and Emergency Fire/Smoke Services. - Produce on all Carpet Cleaning, Deodorization, Mold Remediation (incl. demolition & cleaning), and Structural Cleaning. - Record & report loss documentation (ie contract(s), supply sheets, psychometric readings, temp timesheets, etc.) to Mitigation Estimator on all losses. - Build professional relationship with customers. - Communicate with Management and Customers. - Maintain Chemical Inventory and perform basic Truck, Equipment, and Building Maintenance. - Maintain & obtain additional IICRC certifications, when requested by management. - Follow & enforce established safety practices including proper use of PPE, when required. - Perform on-call rotation.
