Details: We are recruiting for and individual that can perform remote help desk functions for both computer and telecom issues for customers as they arise. This will involve troubleshooting MS Office applications, Internet access issues, network printing, Microsoft Active Directory, Network Attached Storage issues, and customer installed applications.
