Duties include but are not limited to: receive, review, and enter all accounts payable invoices and post all outstanding invoices into the system for processing. The accounting clerk generates accounts payable unpaid bill detail weekly for the Controller and/or COO for invoice payment and prepares checks for signature by reconciling invoices.
