Assess effectiveness and efficacy of medication management. 8. Educate the patient on the benefits, risks, and side effects of medications ordered. 9. Ensure medication consents are obtained prior to the administration of the medication prescribed. Recognize signs and symptoms of adverse reaction. Notify physician and document required interventions. Conducting medication chart audits to ensure medications are administered as prescribed. Co-sign all medication orders with the medication nurse to prevent medication errors. Reconcile medication list as patients are admitted to the unit. Ensure all telephone or verbal orders are read back and verified Transcribes all physician’s orders accurately with date, time, and signature. Participate in change of shift report to facilitate improved communication and continuity pf care. All reports should be as concise as possible. a. Ability to size wire, conduit and overcurrent protection for both lighting and power applications. Ability to perform voltage drop calculations. Ability to route conduit and cable tray. Ability to calculate tray and conduit fill. Ability to determine motor control center loading. Familiarity with specifications and installation details of construction bulk materials and equipment. Ability to create accurate electrical installation documents from the information found on vendor equipment drawings. Ability to determine load center unit substation loading. Knowledge and understanding of work flow/information flow between disciplines. Knowledge and understanding of schedule constraints and information requirements for the production of all electrical deliverables. Ability to accurately estimate completion of assigned tasks. Details: Responsible for maintaining daily mail service operations and procurement operations of office supplies for GSC. Responsibilities include but not limited to: monitoring/maintaining professional central mail and office supply room, providing timely provision of mail, supplies, collecting data and preparing reports and maintain copy areas. Provide occasional back up to the Receptionist. 1. Receive and sort mail to appropriate recipients or departments 2. Ensure delivery of outgoing mail to courier or post office 3. Provide support with special printing and/or collating projects 4. Perform data entry activities 5. Maintain adequate mailroom supplies 6. Check postal rates and weigh outgoing mail 7. A CPW Controls Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and/or maintaining equipment which is used to material handling and conveyor systems. A CPW Controls Engineer needs a thorough understanding of the operational processes of CPW and have a truly multidisciplinary role, working closely with colleagues across a number of functions, including operations, purchasing and design.
