Job Summary: The process engineer is to contribute to the safety, reliability and profitability of plant operations through the development, application, and optimization of chemical process technologies. Job Responsibilities: Works with the EHS team to assure full comprehension of all permit conditions with the operating unit personnel and apply appropriate safety and control measures (DCS process control loops, alarms, operating procedures, etc.) that enables full compliance to permit limits. Provides production and process optimization, troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical support to the operations organization. Develops process standards, operating procedures, diagrams, training materials, and job aids as required to properly document, teach, and manage site operations. Identifies and implements improvement opportunities addressing quality, costs, throughput, and operating reliability. Organizes, leads, and participates in improvement initiatives, projects, and process optimization to deliver specific, focused, time bound improvement objectives. Monitors operations on a daily/weekly basis, reviewing KPI's, operating logs, Distributed Control System (DCS) trends, PI Data Base trends, quality lab results, and other sources of data to ensure reliable, consistent, and cost effective operations. Monitor product yields, catalyst life and process efficiencies. Intervene where appropriate to identify and resolve operating issues. Designs and implements new processes and/or equipment upgrades. Manage applicable capital project assignments as necessary to support plant improvements. Provides a working knowledge of the maintenance activities in order to determine what can be done while on-stream and what must be deferred to a shutdown period. Provides detailed engineering support to monitor and progress the Management of Change process. Participates in the revalidation of the Process Hazard Analyses. Actively participates in turnaround and/or plant shutdown activities. This does include planning, implementation and verification stages. Works directly with Production Personnel. Manages projects as necessary for plant support. Actively participates in incident investigations as needed.

Details: Clayton Homes is looking for .Net Developers. This is a full time role with Clayton Homes located in Knoxville, TN Description: · Responsible for the overall application software design and implementation. · Documents development requirements for database, applications, and operation system environment. · Consults with end users to test and debug applications to meet client needs. · Serves as proficient in all aspects of designing and application development. · May conduct mentoring to IT Staff. · Prefer a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in the web application development field. · Demonstrates proficiency in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. · Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. · May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be a top level contributor/specialist. · Reports to a director of a department. Has strong communication written and verbal skills. Works well as part of a small to medium sized development team.
