The Communications Systems Analyst assists with the design and is responsible for the building and support of the UW Health Unified Cisco IP Telephony infrastructure, including the Cisco IP Contact Center, as well as the administration and maintenance of multiple existing PBX and voice mail installations. This includes assisting in system upgrades; participating in software programming and system maintenance, and troubleshooting issues with the Cisco IP Telephony system. Duties also include mentoring less experienced staff and serving as an escalation point for more complicated troubleshooting. The Communications Systems Analyst is responsible for auditing, monitoring and analyzing the health and performance of the IP Telephony system, including the IP Contact Center. This is a UWMF position. It is being dually posted internally at both UWHC and UWMF, as well as externally at UWMF. UWHC employees within the IS department may apply through UWHC. Sales Manager (Retail Sales / Marketing) Job Responsibilities As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the store program and performance improvement, as well as managing functions within parameters of KPIs. You will be engaged in retail inside sales, marketing, and business development by providing quality customer service.
