Client Facing Delivery Manager

Details: TEKsystems is actively looking to support our customer in Madison, WI onsite as a Delivery Manager. This opporutnity could be some onsite, some remote and at a TEKsystems office close by. General Description: The Delivery Manager (DM) position is a leadership position in the organization in which the individual is responsible for managing one or more projects/project teams/programs at a time. The Delivery Manager provides delivery assurance of application services for clients through a range of internal and external functions in the following areas: Solution Delivery, Account Management, Service Design Maintenance and Management responsibilities. Key Accountabilities and Priorities: Solution Delivery * Gain a clear understanding of customers' business requirements and their technical requirements. * Validate the approach and solution design proposed by collaborating with customers and stakeholders to manage their expectations and resolve business issues in a timely manner. * Facilitate internal communication and assembling a solution delivery team for new engagements. * Consolidate project status and budget information across project portfolio. * Ensure project managers manage risk, project scope, and deliver according to the terms and conditions of our contracts. * Ensure escalation procedures are documented and communicated to client, consultants, and managers. * Implement knowledge management strategy and communicate process and procedures. * Perform issue management and facilitate issue resolution with proper notification to all affected parties. * Identify and coordinate the change control process. Account Management * Perform periodic customer, project, and solution "health checks" with client project teams. * Ensure customer reference-ability and support on-going relationships. * Define and implement a Communication Plan that meets project and customer expectations. * Develop and execute an Account Strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Service Design and Maintenance * Collect and provide input into the design, development, implementation and improvement of service offerings and internal processes. * Work with shared services groups to improve and implement changes to project delivery processes, methodology, and back office procedures. Management Responsibilities * Understand and manage customer requirements (deliverables and environmental factors) to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction. * Ensure engagement methodology is followed by team from opportunity assessment to project closeout. * Financial and contractual responsibility for engagement profitability. * Explore additional business opportunities and drive future business through quality results. * Ensure Service Management Office project management methodology is followed on all client engagements. * Mentor, manage and develop project team members. * Conduct annual reviews and provide feedback throughout the year on employee performance where required. * Ensure Human Resources policies and procedures are communicated and executed according to internal and consultant HR policies. Required Education and/or Experience: * Bachelors Degree or equivalent * 7+ years experience in information technology and/or professional services. * 5+ years in IT service management/project management providing project management and daily operational oversight within a professional services delivery environment. * Strong business acumen with the ability to develop a business case, to gather business requirements, and translate them into a customer solution when required. * Experience managing, delivering and administrating client professional services agreements including the change management process. * IT Experience: Project Manager, Business Analyst, Development, or other IT experience. * In depth understanding of Services Outsourcing, PMI PMBOK. PMP and/or IAOP (Outsourcing Professional) certification a plus. She/he is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of education and designated clinical programs to meet the needs of patients and families within the surgical units, including F44 and B4/3. Clinical programs are developed to meet the needs of patients and families across inpatient care settings. Responsibilities include collaboration with physician and nursing leaders as well as other care providers to ensure well-coordinated, multidisciplinary programs of care. He/she provides an interface between the hospital and ambulatory settings to ensure continuity of care and programmatic efforts that optimize patient outcomes. The Trauma/Surgical IMC and Burn Unit Clinical Nurse Specialist integrates evidence-based practices and practice guidelines as established by specialty or other health care agencies into educational and professional development activities. Programmatic responsibilities include continued development and evaluation of programs of orientation, inservice education and continuing education as they relate to surgical nursing. The incumbent provides support to clinical learning through mentorship, clinical rounds and practice evaluation. He/she is responsible for the integration and coordination of specialty education programs into the Department of Nursing's education program. The Trauma/Surgical IMC and Burn Unit Clinical Nurse Specialist has a high degree of skill in performance-based practice evaluation. This CNS is active in the management of personnel with responsibilities including participation in hiring and performance evaluation. He/she applies an extensive knowledge of education principles to the practice setting and ensures the progressive development of clinical judgment. This CNS acts as consultant to the Nurse Manager evaluating performance and collaborates in the development and execution of performance improvement plans as warranted. He/she assesses learner and clinical practice needs to develop overall programmatic goals and objectives and implements strategies to adjust learning experiences based on learner background and needs. The Trauma/Surgical IMC and Burn Unit Clinical Nurse Specialist applies innovative teaching strategies and methodologies in order to provide for a cost-effective and well-executed program of clinical education. He/she utilizes a wide-variety of methodologies including computer-based instruction. The incumbent is responsible for both formative and summative program evaluation and demonstrates a high degree of independence in program management. This position falls into Pay Grade 9N. The salary range begins at $70,686 per year. Experience that is directly related to the position requirements could allow the starting wage to be established above the pay range minimum. Details: Nutrition Education Program Coordinator (WNEP) The Manitowoc and Sheboygan Counties Nutrition Education Program is a major effort within Cooperative Extension’s Family Living Programs. The aim of Family Living Programs is to enhance the quality of family and community decisions that affect the family and to increase the families’ abilities to adapt to and effect change. Within this broader aim, the purpose of this position is to provide leadership for the Manitowoc and Sheboygan Counties Nutrition Education Program including: collaborating with local agencies to ensure the delivery of nutrition education to low-income residents (especially people who are eligible to receive food stamps or FoodShare), staff training and supervision, and managing the program budget. Your average visit will take 45-60 minutes and could include performing an annual health assessment, a post discharge visit, or visiting more complex members more than once per year. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct in-home assessments on health plan members Review patient's past medical history and formulate a list of current and past medical conditions using clinical knowledge and judgment and the findings of your assessment Review current symptoms and identify diagnoses to be used in care management and active medical management of treatment Physical examination, medication review, and depression screening Check vitals, conduct a physical exam that includes monofilament test, urine dipstick, and foot exam (as appropriate) Communicate findings in your assessment that will be used to inform the PCP of potential gaps in care Educate members on topics such as disease process, medication, and compliance Comply with all HIPAA regulations and maintain security of protected health information (PHI)
