The incumbent assists with identifying quality improvement initiatives and design programs that provide measureable outcomes. The RT-Objective will assist the RT Senior with monitoring inventory needs for TAC. Assists with the cleaning, calibration and maintenance of all respiratory therapy equipment and assures quality standards are met. Work Schedule: 90% FTE, 12 Hour Shift, Monday through Friday, B Weekend Rotation required. Hours from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. This position is a Pay Grade R. The salary range begins at $23.72 per hour. Experience that is directly related to the position requirements could allow the starting wage to be established above the pay range minimum. We are currently seeking Production Supervisors for our Spartanburg, SC facility. Responsibilities: Supervises the daily activities of the production team. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors. Ensure that all finished parts produced on assigned shift and processes are in compliance with customer requirements as specified by production control plans and potential failure mode and effects analysis plans (FMEA). Ensure that all special characteristics in all departmental processes on the assigned shift are controlled as specified in the Production Control Plans and FMEA’S. Ensure that all production (processes, products and techniques) conforms to the work instructions in the plant’s Quality Operating System. Consult with the Department Manager, maintenance personnel, and engineers to ensure that all PM repairs and tool changes and installations on the assigned shift are done in such a way as to ensure on-time production start-ups and shipments and product quality meets customer requirements. Ensure production and delivery of all finished goods produced on the assigned shift and processes to meet daily shipping requirements determined by Production Control. Manage the efficient operation of the assigned processes on the assigned shift. Lead Team Members in quality improvement efforts Ensure proper training, discipline, morale, safety, and evaluation of work for team members on assigned processes and shift. Assign employees during the assigned shift to gain greatest utilization of manpower and equipment in order to meet production schedules. Perform all defined audits and quality checks on assigned processes and shift as specified by the Quality Operating System (QOS).
