Software Application Specialist Insperity is looking for a talented Software Application Specialist to join our growing team and handle ongoing support of all Insperity products to existing clients. Responsibilities: Perform remote software support for clients on Insperity support contracts which could include, but is not limited to: Modify set-up to support changes in the client’s business rules Use software diagnostics tools to troubleshoot client software issues Retrain clients on software Provide technical support via telephone or online on any Insperity software suite purchased by client, including custom programming as purchased and documented by sales personnel Document all client interaction in Insperity software on a per-incident basis Log software issues with the Programming department and provide temporary workarounds as needed Track open software issues until a resolution is released by the QA department, and collaborate with Professional Services to ensure update is installed on the client system Create and configure customer-specific SQL statements to reduce manual entry Work with customers to optimize their systems Handle business-sensitive information with appropriate confidentiality
