Ability to lead teams using lean manufacturing, problem solving and six sigma tools to reduce scrap, increase productivity and eliminate quality and safety issues Works with team to identify root cause of defects and ensure implementation of corrective actions to address quality concerns Assess, report, and ensure the timely repair of any safety hazards associated with equipment. Creates equipment specifications, order and coordinate the installation of such equipment while maintaining the high standards of manufacturing safety. Collaborates with customer base at the launch of new jobs and as an ongoing continuous improvement effort on current production jobs Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs. Write, review and approve validation protocols; FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, PPAP, etc. Continuously improve efficiency and accuracy in the engineering process and ensure compliance as it relates to ISO/TS/GMP Standards Manage and track capital asset maintenance Maintain and improve existing plant facilities and equipment; replace or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary. Incorporate shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel Ensure that the Plant Manager is continuously informed of all activities regarding the various production jobs including any problems, workmanship, and products not meeting the company’s high standards of quality. This person will work every other week when processing payroll for 125 employees off to the company that cuts and prints the checks. Ideal candidates will have prior experience processing payroll and strong MS Excel skills. This company uses Millennium software, so knowledge of that is a plus, but having worked on other payroll software is fine. Worked weeks are Monday through Wednesday, 8am to 3pm, and Friday, 8am to noon with a pay rate of $17 per hour. Act as the coordinator of the health care team to maintain the proper linkages within a continuum of care. Assure that care is coordinated between services and that all of the client’s needs identified during the assessment and supervisor visits are addressed. Assist RN Supervisor in developing Plan of Treatment for physician signature. Assist RN Supervisor in developing and implementing the client’s Care Plan. Assure that progress reports are made to the physician when the client’s condition changes or when there are deviations from the Plan of Care. Directing and supervising the activities of the licensed practical/vocational nurse as requested. Make appropriate referrals and follow-ups. Train other healthcare personnel as needed

Details: Under the general supervision of the Compliance Officer, the Compliance Analyst is responsible for reviewing the diagnosis and procedure coding of UWMF staff physicians and coders to insure compliance with governmental and third party payer regulations. This review involves meeting with the individual physicians, coders, and departments to present findings. Educate providers regarding compliance with government regulations with special attention to Center for Medicare and Medicaid guidelines as they pertain to an academic medical center, and Fraud and Abuse with periodic updates. Identify coding and billing risk areas, conduct focused reviews and implement corrective action as needed. Conduct routine internal audits of provider documentation on a timely basis. Collaborate with physicians and internal staff in development of improved capabilities in the areas of documentation, coding and compliance. Review internal controls, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with appropriate University, State and Federal guidelines and policies, sound business and finance practices, and overall clinical goals and objectives. Interpret applicable laws and regulations concerning Compliance, Fraud and Abuse and educate appropriate personnel. Respond promptly to external and internal concerns; implementing corrective actions as appropriate. The Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) Coordinator is responsible for coordination and management of care with patients and families with adult congenital heart disease. He/she is responsible for coordinating patient/family care across multiple areas which include adult and pediatric outpatient clinics, outreach clinics, inpatient nursing units, cardiac rehabilitation, and the community – in order to provide continuity of patient/family care across settings. The ACHD Coordinator works in close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team which includes adult/pediatric cardiologists, adult/pediatric cardiac surgeons, advanced practice providers, psychologists and social workers. The ACHD Coordinator is an active member of the multi-disciplinary team and collaborates in the development, execution and evaluation of the patient and family-centered plan of care. He/She considers factors related to ethics, safety, effectiveness and cost in planning and delivering care. The ACHD Coordinator establishes goals and strategies for meeting the continuing care needs of patients and families, who have adult congenital heart disease. The ACHD Coordinator utilizes research findings and evidence based practice to further improve the program of care for the congenital heart disease patient population. He/She demonstrates knowledge of, leads and participates in improving organizational performance activities. The nurse coordinator acquires and maintains knowledge in adult congenital heart disease, nursing practice and assumes responsibility for the professional development of self, other nursing staff and students. The ACHD Coordinator works with the multi-disciplinary team to assure that systems of care are in place for patients to move across the continuum of care. This includes development of patient care order sets and systems that allow care to take place in an effective and efficient manner, which is based on the patient and family-centered model of care. Work Schedule : 36 Hours per week. Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. Pay : This position falls into Pay Grade 8N. The salary range begins at $62,601 per year and will be pro-rated for part-time positions. Experience that is directly related to the position requirements could allow the starting wage to be established above the pay range minimum.
