We are the premier vendor in the driver service business, and our drivers support many of the nation’s top private fleets. We are currently hiring full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers to work with our Private Fleet Operations group in Madison WI. Peddle routes are available, and you will make hand deliveries to Walgreens stores within a regional area from a regional distribution center located in Windsor WI. Since these are regional deliveries, you will have a lot more home time than you’d find driving OTR routes. The majority of our drivers are home daily with the possibility of an occasional layover. Plus, we pay very competitive rates, averaging up to $23.50 per hour . JOB DUTIES FOR MADISON WI Hook and unhook trailers from the tractor itself. Unload trailer with conveyors, carts or lift-gates. Perform frequent lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying of boxes, and other packaged goods weighing up to 75 pounds. Inspect truck/trailer(s) for defects and safe operating condition before, during and after trips, and submit written report on the condition of the truck/trailers(s) at the end of each trip or tour of duty. Check shipping papers to determine the nature of product being transported, destination or delivery location and/or any special unloading instructions. Check for proper preparation of shipping papers, agreements, and special markings/labeling when hazardous materials are present. Use truck computer to monitor DOT compliance and delivery and pickup information. Drive truck to destinations in accordance with Federal regulations, normally in periods of up to 11 hours of driving followed by an off-duty period of at least 10 consecutive hours. Ensure all shipping documentation required to move with shipments is available for inspection and that appropriate paperwork accompanies shipment when delivered. Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations including: driver’s logs, records of fuel purchases, mileage records, and other documents required by law. This also includes the use of a truck computer for monitoring hours or service and delivery information. Report all accidents involving driver, company equipment, and/or private property. Report all safety hazards. Professional representation of the company and the trucking industry through practicing responsible, safe and defensive driving techniques. Details: Perform duties, through a work team, to control and improve functionality of the SAP business control system. Recommend, plan, and execute, test and document changes to the SAP production environment. Research, evaluate and recommend module additions including bolt-on interfaces needed to improve the production business systems environment. Accountability Objectives Maximize efficiency and effectiveness of SAP system through configuration and other process changes. Achieve stability of SAP system through development and use of thorough test scenarios and procedures. Determine benefits and costs to the company of process changes such as OSS notes, SAP system upgrades, etc. Increase effectiveness of other personnel and reduce risk associated with employee changes through training and documentation of SAP. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Configure SAP tables for assigned process (primary individual responsible) to maximize system effectiveness in meeting business needs. Work with team members to identify, recommend, support and test SAP process improvements. Establish and maintain test scenarios that provide confidence in achieving desired results and minimize the risk of causing downtime, data errors, etc. Conduct unit and integration test with other team members and users for hot packs, OSS notes, enhancements, new business needs and system upgrades. Evaluate, recommend, plan and participate in the implementation of SAP system upgrades, bolt-on’s, and additional modules through configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation. Resolve assigned Help Desk tickets. If unable to resolve, seek assistance of SAP through OSS notes, etc. Maintain written documentation for Business Process Procedures (BPPs) and Configuration Table Documents (CTDs) in their area of responsibility, for access by all employees. Update for all changes and additions made to the system. Cross train configuration and process procedure knowledge with other team members and key business users. Maintain training materials, assist with user-training sessions, and participate in user groups to maximize productivity of employees using the SAP system. Test new and modified security profiles. Maintain “expert” knowledge level of SAP system through participation in training classes and User Groups. Mentor other members of Process Improvement work team. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PROFILE B.S. degree in a business related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 7 years of total business experience with at least two of those years in the areas of business or process analysis. Ability to effectively communicate with others in the areas of identifying and prioritizing software process solutions to business needs. Must be able to perform duties within a work team to maximize the team effectiveness. REQUIRED SKILLS Must be able to travel up to 25% both domestic and international. As an Army National Guard Petroleum Supply Specialist you will ensure the proper handling, storage, and shipment of petroleum-based products, such as oil, fuel, and compressed gas. These are skills you will learn that could lead to a rewarding civilian career with oil refineries, pipeline companies, and tanker truck and ship lines. Petroleum Supply Specialists primarily supervise and manage the reception, storage, and shipping of bulk or packaged petroleum products. This may include operating specialized pumping equipment to load trucks, ships, trains, and aircraft; selecting and submitting samples of petroleum-based products for testing; performing petroleum and water accounting activities; testing petroleum samples for contamination; repairing specialized equipment; and being knowledgeable about facility safety procedures and storage guidelines. Advanced Petroleum Supply Specialists take on management duties, such as supervising and training other Soldiers, assigning duties and spot checking work quality, and assuring adherence to safety procedures.
