Details: Our client, a leader in the mortgage industry is seeking a Title Clearance Associate to join their team! The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working for a title/escrow company. The Title Clearance Associate is responsible for facilitating all curative action required on the titles for assets in the pipeline. Reviews title reports for accuracy and initiates action to resolve incorrect aspects of title. Acts as liaison between seller and title company and responsible for following up to ensure timely resolution to all issues. Must obtain corrected deed prior to asset being under contract to ensure contracts are closed on time.
