Restaurant Cook (Part Time)

Details: Do you have restaurant cook experience? We are looking for a Restaurant Cook to prepare all food items in our resort restaurant. OVERVIEW As a Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking food, cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining the kitchen and surrounding area. JOB DUTIES Prepare food ordered by restaurant customers using a variety of kitchen equipment (grills, ovens, fryers, meat slicers, food processors, etc.). Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned, such as starting equipment and cleaning refrigeration units, grill and surrounding area, as well as other kitchen equipment. Maintain kitchen and cooking areas and ensure kitchen equipment and food storage areas are clean, sanitary, and organized as required by the Health Department Rules and Regulations. Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to determine daily specials, new menu items, and innovative ways to cook and prepare food. Details: JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Performs a variety of fundamental field engineering tasks supporting the installation, operations, testing and maintenance of electronic equipment and systems. Work is at an entry level and is performed as a member of a survey team. Analyze project survey objectives, specifications, and requirements in order to prepare and execute surveys and to assist in project planning and project timeline development. Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish fixed points, baselines, elevations and other geodetic measurements using theodolites, transits, levels, electronic total stations, and satellite-based global positioning systems (GPS). Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location and elevations and dimensions as required Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. Compute geodetic measurements and interpret survey data in order to determine positions, shapes, and elevations of geomorphic and topographic features. Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, and reports of surveys in order to describe, clarify, and explain work performed. Coordinate findings, and/or results with customers, engineers, technicians, supervisors, management and other project stakeholders. Research, specify, recommend, and purchase equipment and supplies as needed for office and field operations for successful mission completion.
