Social Worker - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Details: ChildNet Youth & Family Services, Inc. is currently seeking a Social Worker for our Foster Family Network in the Inland Empire. Foster Family Network, a division of ChildNet, provides various support services to FFN foster children, foster parents and their biological families. POSITION SUMMARY: The Foster Family Network (FFN) Social Worker is responsible for providing social services to foster parents, foster children and their biological families. These services include supervision of foster families, participation in the placed child’s academic program, development of Needs and Services plans and coordination of medical and psychological services for the placed child. The Social Worker must be available by cell phone to ChildNet management and foster families during work hours and when assigned to on-call. DUTIES: Social Worker responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Provide in-home support and guidance for foster families. Supervise placement of foster children, including regular visits/direct contact with the children and certified foster parent. Maintain accurate notes about interactions with each foster child and foster parent. Monitor the health, educational, religious, recreational, social, emotional and psychological needs of each assigned child and coordinate services with available community resources. Develop and maintain a network of medical and psychological resources for foster children in the area of placement. Provide referrals to family therapy resources for the foster child and biological family. Monitor current status of educational planning and academic functioning of each assigned foster child. Represent the foster child in the educational setting whenever necessary. Participate in assessment team meetings in order to discuss individual cases, develop treatment goals or plan for eventual family reunification (where appropriate). Develop and update Needs and Services Plans for each case. Maintain current required paperwork and files for assigned foster children and foster parents. Submit all required reports within required time frames to the County placing agency. Monitor adherence to licensing regulations for each assigned foster home. This includes driving to each home and physically surveying and supervising the care and treatment of each child in the home. Obtain and provide foster parents with required admission information upon initial placement. Transport clients when required. Interact and coordinate with other ChildNet departments and programs to coordinate the best possible services for clients. Any other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Execute ADESA’s Dealer Sales and Services strategy within his/her auction market as set forth by the Dealer Sales & Services Manager. 2. Leverage all available ADESA dealer facing tools and technology, product and services to create best in class dealer experience. 3. Drive vehicle sourcing by assigned dealers to all available channels thru ADESA.com. 4. Drive unwanted and aged inventory to the appropriate ADESA dealer sales channel and coach the dealer on the most effective ways to market that inventory. 5. Manage or escalate any service issues that arise for assigned customers to ensure timely issue resolution. 6. Assess territory to craft a well thought and varied sales plan (prospecting, up-selling and account management) to ensure overall growth in the volume of vehicles purchased from and made available for sale and sold through ADESA dealer sales channels from all current and target accounts. 7. Build a weekly/monthly sales plan and review with Dealer Sales Manager to determine which business opportunities have the best potential and will yield the greatest return. 8. Utilize SalesForce CRM to document sales plan, organize customer contact workflow, track and measure account activity against key success metrics. 9. Complete territory performance reports and review with your Dealer Sales & Services Manager, and at times the auction GM. 10. Work with additional dealer facing teams to manage all aspects of the dealers business. 11. Conduct or participates in dealer training events in concert with other dealer facing teams to maximize understanding and usage of the ADESA offering. 12. Participate in the auction operation process both pre-sale day and sale day. 13. Manage/orchestrate assigned dealer activity on auction sale day. 14. Conduct quarterly account performance reviews with dealership management team. 15. Other duties as assigned. Details: Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Supervisor performs and supervises individuals and processes within the payables department. Verifies payment documentation, voids, reversals, positive pays and wires. Provides direct supervision of 8 individuals specializing in vendor maintenance, invoice processing and AP customer service. Provides assistance regarding the proper coding of invoices and other procedural issues. Handles unusual or difficult customer service inquiries/situations through direct personal action or refers to the appropriate individual. Responds to inquiries from vendors and employees; conducts investigations and historical reviews to resolve problems. Plans the overall operations of one or more areas or units and ensures achievement of goals and objectives either directly or through team. Directly responsible for the 1099 filing process. Develops, communicates and ensures compliance with standard processes to create efficiencies and strong internal controls. Develops or approves recommendations to change systems, policies and procedures; ensures timely and accurate implementation. Establishes deadlines. Performs other duties as assigned including providing direction to department as designated. Engages in the typical responsibilities of a supervisor requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling.
