Details: Reporting to the Assistant Director of Admissions II, the Assistant Director of Admissions I (ADA) is responsible for recruiting, building prospective student and applicant pipeline, raising brand awareness, interviewing, and enrolling new students into the three medical school classes each year. The ADA is assigned a territory of multiple states within the northwest United States with complete and independent accountability for recruiting prospective students and developing relationships with feeder pre-health programs to build market awareness and trust. The ADA is the primary recruiting position for the University and directly impacts the enrollment and profitability of the institution. The ADA works remotely 100% of the time and travels 80% of the time, representing the University at campuses and recruiting events throughout their multi-state region. ADA’s interact on a daily basis with science Ph.D. faculty, chairs, and deans across the country at more than 1000 schools in total yearly. This position will be remote, based in San Francisco/Oakland, CA overseeing the states of northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming primarily.
