Medical Office Manager

We are seeking an energetic, responsible team player to join our Medical Department. Candidates must have good communication skills, excellent organizational skills, be proficient in documentation, basic computer skills, self sufficient and have at least 2+ years of hospital and/or physician’s office experience. Responsibilities include coordinating in-house clinics, scheduling outpatient medical visits, acquiring insurance authorizations, managing C.N.A.’s and transportation services and supervising staff members. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! Also, knowledge of medical billing and coding is recommended.
