Compliance: Train and Test annually to maintain certification. Maintain an Arizona Health and Life License Remain in good standing with the organization and Department of Insurance. Report all violations (CMS, DOI or Organizational) to Management immediately. Familiarize yourself with CMS Guidelines, Chapter 2 and 3 of the MMG’s.
