Details: General Laborer / Environmental Technicians: WT Resources is supporting the USDA efforts to remediate the avian influenza virus expanding in large poultry farms around the Central United States. Remediation and decontamination efforts include, but are not limited to cleaning and decontaminating farming facilities by utilizing power/pressure washers. Candidates must be willing and able to provide and wear their own personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hats, steel toed shoes or rubber boots, and respiratory masks (can be provided); must have a current 40 Hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification, have reliable transportation and a good driving record. All candidates must be willing and able to work in possible high temperatures throughout the summer. This work could last through the remainder of 2015. Those hired will have living and mileage expenses paid for using GSA per diem rates. All overtime hours will be paid at 1.5 x hourly wage after 8 hours per day. Double time on Sundays. Meals will be paid for at $35/day and we will pay for hotels but require two/people per room and will help find locations.

Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs. Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates. Extends offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation. Stays informed of developments in wages and salaries, employee benefits and general HR policies. Significant experience developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment sourcing strategies; identifying and leveraging external search firms; institutions and professional organizations; and developing personal recruitment networks Understanding and skill in the use of broad range of recruitment tools and services including Web-based services; candidate search databases and applicant tracking systems, contingent and retained search consultants; and college based placement services Broad understanding of HR practices and related regional Employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree to go along with 5+ years of progressive R&D recruiting experience including recruiting senior-level candidates (i.e., Director Level and above) into a highly sophisticated matrix corporate setting. Pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry experience is preferred and the ability to directly source talent at all levels adopting creative strategic methods; Executive Search experience will be highly preferred.
