Duties andresponsibilities Support the roll out, execution, and training on companywide projects, of which the executive is the project manager. Upon completion of rollout, serve in an advisory/trouble shooting capacity of completed projects. Prepare reports for executive team by compiling data and financial information into formats such as Excel and PowerPoint. Coordinate meetings, plan events, and arrange travel for group meetings. Draft various documents as needed such as memos, announcements, policies, procedures, and forms. Manage incoming vendor and client agreements from the field by reviewing, then disbursing to the appropriate department for completion, and then bundling the agreement packets to send back to the vendor or client. Qualifications Education: Required – Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred –Degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations or similar preferred but not required. Thisposition will be based in Greensboro, North Carolina at the company’s corporateoffice. However, this position willrequire frequent day travel to Charlotte, North Carolina during the week. Approximately 2-3 days per week. In addition, this position will requirefrequent overnight travel when it is involved in a projectrollout/implementation. The first 6months of this position will be heavily involved in a projectrollout/implementation that is already in progress. Travel will be required 3-4 days a week, for3 weeks each month.
