The Quality Auditor is responsible for routine, random inspection of processes and products on the production floor. He/She verifies that ASI is producing acceptable product at all levels of production (components, graphics, sewing, etc.) Duties and Responsibilities: Help the Quality Manager ensure that we comply with all quality requirements of our customers and TS-16949. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor machine operation to detect problems such as defective stitching, breaks in thread, or machine malfunctions. Position items under needles, using marks on machines, clamps, templates, or joining gauge as guides. Place spools of thread, cord, or other materials on spindles, insert bobbins, and thread ends through machine guides and components. Match cloth pieces in correct sequences prior to sewing them, and verify the notches and/or patterns match. Guide fabric pieces under machine needles and presser feet to sew parts together. Start and operate or tend machines, such as single or double needle serging and felling machines, to automatically join, reinforce, or decorate material or articles. Ensure correct supplies such as fasteners and thread are used, according to job requirements. Details: Job Description: Our Client seeks a Metadata Specialist with strong data skills to work closely with Data Services staff; key business stakeholders, including programs and regions; and Information Technology (IT) staff to support the organization’s efforts in the areas of enterprise data management and services. The Metadata Specialist will be a subject matter expert in key aspects of client’s data and programs, supporting a range of the organization’s data management programs and projects. Required Technical Knowledge & Skills: Must have experience in supporting metadata repository tools. Experience in Informatica Metadata Manager & Business Glossary is a plus. Must have good functional knowledge of metadata management, including best practices deployment and migration pattern, scanners/connectors, lineage and linkage connections for technical and business metadata, etc. Must have good functional knowledge of data management in a data warehouse environment Must have strong analytical skills in analyzing data movement between systems and transformation logics, high aptitude in understanding system capabilities Knowledge with other tools such as Oracle, Cognos, ERwin, SAS DataFlux, job scheduling tools is preferred Knowledge of web services and SOA is a plus Knowledge in Java and XML to support metadata connection is a plus Strong troubleshooting/analytical skills to provide application support Hands-on experience in process automation, technology efficiency and best practices Communications / Soft skills: Excellent communication skills to provide user support to IT and Business end users of the metadata repository tool, as well as delivery training to data users across the organization Good writing skills for documentation of training materials, tools user guides, operational procedures including SLA document, Release notes, Runbook, User Roles and Permission documents Promote and champion best practices in metadata management Primary Responsibilities: Perform system administration function for the metadata repository tool, including routine trouble-shooting, user permission roles and security maintenance, performance monitoring and usage monitoring Perform periodic snapshots to ensure consistency between lower and production environments Maintain production processing of periodic metadata ingestion in accordance to established Service Level Agreement (SLA) Produce periodic and metrics reporting (i.e. metedata discrepancy report to ensure consistencies between the repository tool and the metadata source systems, Business Glossary reports, User login reports, etc.) Maintain and repair linkage between business to technical metadata Provide end user support including technical and business end users Support project releases, minor and major application upgrades and patches (hot fixes) Provide support to MDR Developer: Configure and execute the loading and linking of metadata from source application Load business glossary and link glossary terms with technical metadata objects, generate data lineage Periodic (weekly) routine adjustment and maintenance to the meta model Define custom metadata models – Add, modify field and to approve/disapprove relationship Develop and modify metadata management reporting Create, track, and maintain tickets for support issues, enhancement, defects using client’s change management and incident management systems. Details: RESPONSIBILITIES: Working with an external vendor to update and expand the database, monitoring monthly feed runs, comparing reports to determine accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and approving the final upload Strategizing process updates in Salesforce to ensure cleaner data uploads, and working with the external vendor to implement them Maintaining data hygiene and relevancy through monthly and quarterly reporting, and providing relevant lists to the Media team for timely updates to the database Managing the contacts and organizations for markets 101+ and updating information where necessary to maintain a healthy database Monitoring the suppression lists, bounce backs, mail blocks, and address changes to improve our email deliverability Working with the Media Platforms Manager to ensure that the database is capturing the necessary data through field audit Strategizing and implementing plans to optimize email marketing efforts, including: Pulling mailing lists and filtering as needed for targeted marketing outreach Running reports to ensure that the correct contacts are selected to receive appropriate marketing materials Working closely with the Marketing Manager and the Media Platforms Manager to implement a contact segmentation plan for more targeted marketing efforts Researching and implementing solutions through the use of new software and apps in order to improve efficiency Utilizing Demand Tools software to setup de-duplication scenarios for contacts and organization records Research data providers for TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor and Digital contacts and organizations, giving recommendations on future partner selections to maintain a competitive database
