Onsite Staffing Manager
Details: This position is for an onsite manager located at our client site and will be responsibly for overseeing temporary associates we place at the site for light industrial, warehouse, and logistics opportunities. The onsite manager will be responsible for providing employee relations, human resourcing, recruiting and workforce management to associates at our client site. PrimaryResponsibilities: SAFETY Perform daily facility walkthroughs to ensure safety compliance. Conduct weekly safety inspections of clients’ environments and report findings in RMIS. Conduct and manage incident investigations, including the completion of accident reports. Ensure that all associates are following PPE requirement and maintain its enforcement. Facilitate new hire safety orientation, post hire trainings, and physical skills assessments (where applicable). Manage and Track OSHA Recordables. Assist in claims management, at the site level. Manage and enforce all safety policies and procedures of corporate and client. STAFFING Receive process and submit client order request into the applicant racking system (ATS). Work with Centralized Services as top priority to aggressive fill the client’s order request, managing the time-to-fill/fill rate. Achieve staffing objectives of client, establish recruiting requirements, and develop candidate database Effectively conduct interviews; evaluate applicants; perform facility tours; and improve overall organizational attractiveness. Follow client specific hiring requirements (drug screening, background checks, skills’ testing, etc.) Review the results of all screening and selection requirements, as well as manage compliance of employment documentation (I-9 verifications, e-verify, etc.) Administer the onsite drug testing program, if applicable. Conduct new hire orientation and site specific training programs (i.e. forklift, etc.) Responsible for the final hiring decision of all associates. Coordinate the applicant referral program. WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT Build and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting metrics and deliver to onsite client and corporate office. Facilitate all employee relations investigations. Manage and promote employee engagement (i.e. “Employee the Month", perfect attendance, birthday recognition, etc.) and incentive programs. Conduct employee performance and engagement programs such as performance evaluations, surveys, exit interviews, etc. Enforce and manage the drug testing policy by facilitating pre-employment, random, and post accident drug tests. Track attendance, manage occurrences (attendance point system), and approve PTOs/Time-off of the temporary staff. Ability to manage any/all OTS internal employees that may be placed onsite as needed Manage all on-site communications. Responsible for managing all personal injury situations, reasonable accommodation request (resulting from ADA determinations). HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT Audit new hire paperwork Conduct weekly payroll processing and manage the pay card program. Handle employee relations and counsel temporary associates, when needed Manage Onsite unemployment claims & workers’ compensation claims/issues. Conduct investigations, as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Manage all associates performance related information Process employment changes and terminations, in collaboration with your Regional HR support. Represent the company at local unemployment hearings and maintain proper documentation. CUSTOMER RELATIONS First point of contact for client of Onsite location Maintain an open line of communication with the client and recommend solutions to workforce challenges that may arise. Establish a good working relationship with multiple contacts within client to include HR, Production and facilities. Coordinate weekly meetings with front-line supervisors and with HR manager. Participate in the Quarterly Business Review and provide relevant information as well as possible solutions for service improvements. Identify client’s service expectations and manage appropriate response time. Responsible for providing and maintaining client contact information in ATS. Details: Position Purpose: Monitor provider performance and contract compliance. Responsible for providing technical assistance to enhance provider compliance. Conduct regular provider monitoring site visits to assigned providers including peer and family run organizations. Develop and maintain relationships with provider agency leadership to verify providers are complying with contract requirements. Review corrective actions with provider agency staff to identify and report compliance with contract requirements and identify areas for improvement. Assist provider agencies in developing corrective action plans. Assist providers in completing root cause analyses, developing pilot projects and creating processes to verify ongoing compliance with contract expectations Document processes, including process improvement efforts and effectiveness of interventions.
