Sr. Operations Engineer

Details: The Operations Engineer II is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of pipelines, compression facilities, and amine treatment facilities. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Support day to day operation of pipelines, compression facilities, and amine treatment facilities. Act as operational technical representative for capital projects, Root Cause Analysis, Track operating costs and lead optimization, cost reduction, and troubleshooting efforts within the Eagle Ford gas gathering region. Identify, develop, and implement programs to improve profitability, reliability, quality, safety and reduce variability. Provide operations based technical support in relation to process safety audits, process hazard analysis, management of change processes, root cause analysis, and maintenance management systems. Work with Technical Services and Operations Managers to ensure that Engineering & Construction major project designs incorporate operations and maintenance excellence. Interact with consultant engineering firms, internal engineering, drafting, purchasing, inspection, construction, and operations personnel. Perform cause and effect logic validation for all new projects prior to startup and support startup of new facilities. Identify large operating cost contributors and lead team to implement an improvement.Responsibilities include ensuring the soundness of the engineered solution and performing a financial analysis that demonstrates the in house and customer cost savings to support a successful Authorization for Expenditure request. Provide operational insight to the standard equipment group by submitting Engineering Change Requests that will help the company standards reflect what works in the field. Responsible for reviewing and completing design documentation such as P&IDs, construction isometrics, equipment drawing packages, and MOC documentation. Initiates, monitors and terminates dialysis. Performs hemodialysis treatments in accordance with approved facility policies and procedures. If mechanical problems are noted with a machine, tries to troubleshoot the problem; if unable to resolve the problem, contacts appropriate technical personnel. Recognizes changes in a patient’s condition and / or emergent situations and takes immediate and appropriate actions. Communicates patient problems to physicians and documents whether or not new orders resulted from the physician. Transcribes and implements physician orders as well as electronically enters orders in the MIS, as needed. Administers and charts all prescribed pre, intra and post dialysis medications and charge items in the Medical Information System (MIS) and on the treatment flow sheet. After dialysis, performs or assures that a machine is disinfected internally, according to the facility protocol; disinfects the outside of the machine, chair, and counter behind the machine. Disposes of contaminated trash in appropriate receptacles. Directs and monitors non-licensed patient care staff in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Documents properly the Epogen count (beginning and ending inventory count) in the Epogen overfill MIS screen. Assists in teaching and training new staff members as directed by the head nurse. Monitors patient care parameters on an ongoing basis. Identifies and coordinates patient care with physicians to comply with established protocols and local ESRD Network criteria. Documents patient care provided according to DCI and nursing standards. Collaborates with other disciplines to develop, identify and implement plans to address patient care problems. Writes a monthly progress note on every assigned patient. Participates in patient care conferences, medical rounds and chart reviews, as assigned. Provides initial and ongoing patient teaching. Ensure that correct limits are set for failure code, to fairly compensate dealers for warranty repairs and maintain control levels without our automated system. Report warranty related expenses incurred for each model. Process warranty claims. Personal Bankers sell retail banking products and services to customers and prospects. Manages customer portfolio, services relationships and cross-sells all products and services. Provides broad base of financial and credit services with the goals of acquiring 100% of the customers' business. Develops and maintains relationships with Wells Fargo partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve minimum sales standards. Uses profiling analysis tools to identify cross sell opportunities and makes outbound sales calls typically by phone to increase product per customer ratio. May handle cash transactions. May spend up to 30% of time completing service-related tasks. Every banker has their own scorecard with daily sales and referral goals.
