Effectively screen, qualify and interview candidates for hiring managers as the first step in the recruiting process. Provide solid recommendations to hiring managers. Coordinate second round (and applicable third round) in-person or phone interviews with hiring managers. Maintain active and ongoing pipeline of quality candidates in support of business needs. Conduct employment and reference checks for all candidates. Maintain active communication and follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hire process. Maintain accurate reporting and requisition updates and communicate daily to VP of HR as well as respective hiring managers.

Maintain internal visual merchandising and in-store displays and ensure store appearance meets company standards at all times. Maintain proper inventory controls, and facilitate inventory transactions in accordance with company standards. Ensure store is opened and closed appropriately following standard procedures.
