Details: Overview The Document Verification Coordinator will work as a member of the Processing Team, which reviews, processes and executes incoming documentation from our customers. Their primary goal is to ensure all paperwork was completed correctly and is saved appropriately for internal purposes and customer reference. The Document Verification Coordinator is responsible for processing documentation that will be utilized by other teams and follows all standard operating procedures for SOX compliance. All roles require vigilant attention to detail, consistent application of initiative and common sense to solve problems. The successful candidate brings keen organizational skills to every aspect of their professional life, and possesses an ability to deal with large volumes of documents with speed and accuracy –while maintaining a great can-do attitude. It is vital that each member of the Processing team must be able to effectively work independently towards achieving team and individual objectives and metrics including an individual quota. This team has three distinct shifts that ensure coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
