POSITION SUMMARY : The Technical Sales Rep will perform advanced sales, market, and account management activities, with an emphasis on sales volume and customer growth. In 2010, the Wilcox Health Women’s Center opened to provide preventive and diagnostic care for Kaua‘i’s women close to home. The hospital has 71 beds, including seven intensive care beds, five birthing suites, 20 same-day surgery beds and a 20-bed emergency department. It is equipped with MRI and CT scanners and a state-of-the-art surgical center with six surgical suites. In 2010, the American Heart Association recognized Wilcox Memorial in three areas of excellence: Coronary Artery Disease (Gold Award), Stroke (Silver Award) and Heart Failure (Silver Award.) Details: As a Business Analyst Manager on the Business Architecture Team, work collaboratively to design and develop Global, Functional and Country Target Operating Models and solve complex business mix issues to meet AIGs strategic objectives. -Lead a small team of Business Analysts on various Business Architecture projects -Deliver on Business Architecture initiatives from design to implementation, within agreed timelines, quality and budget and realize benefits from initiatives including improved customer service, increased efficiency, effectiveness and cost reduction -Create and manage measurement systems to track adaption, utilization and proficiency of changes -Work on cross-functional teams, across multiple geographies to design and deliver change -Utilize and adhere to the Business Architecture standard frameworks, operating models and governance -Operate within agreed decision making standards, limitations & authorities The Ideal Candidate Should Have: -6-9 years work experience -Prior consulting experience in the Strategy and Operations preferred -Insurance industry knowledge including knowledge of the Underwriting and Claims processes -Leadership capabilities and a Team player - Strong, independent leadership skills to manage and drive solutions across a diverse audience and a track record for motivating and aligning cross-functional teams towards a common goal -Strong analytical, interpersonal, people leadership and project management skills -Strong communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, peers, and staff across culturally diverse teams -Ability to influence partnerships to accomplish goals & gain consensus -Ability to design, create, and implement strategies and solutions -Strong customer experience and change management focus and expertise -Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills, including the ability to innovatively create solutions to address business mix issues. -Ability to collaborate across organization, at all levels, and build support for change while demonstrating a high tolerance for ambiguity in a complex environment About AIG American International Group, Inc.
