Maintain and repair company products and copier systems at the customer location. Perform copier machine modifications, software upgrades and maintenance. Repair photocopy equipment that can be hardware of software related. Verify equipment functioning by completing test operations; making final adjustments. Maintain personal inventory stock and parts inventory. Ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Handle an assigned customer territory. Coordinate with dispatch and keep them informed of all activity. Document service actions by completing reports, logs and records, as required. Details: Institutional Relationship Manager Location: Idaho, ID Level: Full Time Category: Client Services Description Position Purpose: The Institutional Relationship Manager will be responsible for conducting 529 college savings seminars and outreach to Idaho employers, community groups, nonprofits, local organizations, and other entities as identified on behalf of IDeal – Idaho College Savings Program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Presentations to Prospective Participants a. Conduct workshops and deliver presentations on IDeal to a variety of audiences with varying income levels, lifestyles, and backgrounds b. Attend benefit fairs and events, maintain information booths and distribute information c. Source and develop leads with employers, community groups and local organizations • Develop Client Relationships a. Develop relationships with key elected officials and the IDeal staff b. Develop relationships with proponents of financial literacy in the community c. Assist the Executive Director and Relationship Manager where applicable d. Represent Ascensus College Savings and IDeal in the community to the highest standard • Promotion of Direct Deposit with Employers a. Present to and meet with employers to explain and promote the benefits of direct deposit b. Source and develop leads with HR/payroll/key benefit decision makers c. Coordinate with Client Services for implementation of service • Project Work a. Work with Ascensus Marketing, third party Idaho PR firm and the Executive Director to develop communication/marketing materials b. Determine what events to attend and activities to engage in to maintain an active calendar within annual budget limits c. Track and report on events, activities and key relationships • Work with IDeal College Savings local staff and Board a. Work closely with the IDeal staff within the Treasurer’s office and communicate regularly b. Attend Board meetings and report on activity c. Attend status calls with IDeal staff and Ascensus team • Industry Expert a. Develop a strong working knowledge of 529 plan rules and guidelines b. Stay abreast of changes to applicable laws and rules c. Maintain Series 6 or 7 and 63 or 66 licenses • Core Values a.
