Details: Eagle Home Mortgage is seeking a Social Media Specialist to d evise and execute social media strategy to drive traffic to the company’s social media assets, expand brand awareness and engagement. Positions encompasses UAMC, Eagle, Pinnacle and Equity Home Mortgage. PRIMARYDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Devise and execute social media strategy to drive traffic to the company’s social media assets generating/leveraging brand/legally compliant content (use Lennar’s approach as a best practice). Targets: Prospective loan officers, business partners, consumers. Develop and implement customer engagement activities, contests, digital ad campaigns (on Facebook/all social media channels) to expand “Likes," improve engagement and brand loyalty. Ensure all brand sites are updated/compliant (e.g. contact/license information, images). Responsible for maintaining and sharing as necessary social media policy and process. Build synergy with company’s online assets; consult on search engine optimization strategy. Develop and execute social media marketing educational seminars for branch Facebook/Linked In pages (internally) and external referral sources (e.g., create “Go To" turn-key Power Point presentations/webinars for the field to execute with business partners). Provide technical assistance to the field. Assist in the creation of field marketing materials (ads, fliers, etc.) as necessary.
