Qualifications: We are seeking candidates who have: * Minimum level of knowledge and experience in MSI and MTs; * Minimum level of knowledge and experience in software packaging tools; * Minimum level of knowledge and experience in SCCM version 6 or above; * Minimum level of knowledge and experience in App-V version 4 or above; * Minimum level of knowledge in Microsoft Windows 7 Operating Systems or Windows 8; * Minimum level of knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite version 2010 or higher; * Minimum level of knowledge and experience in WorkSite Document Management System; * Minimum level of knowledge and experience in Workshare Document Comparison; * Minimum level of knowledge and experience in Citrix XenApp and Citrix XenDesktop; * At least 2 years of standard software packaging tools (Installshield, SCCM, Wise Packing Studio); * At least 2 years of standard imaging tools (Altiris Deployment, Microsoft ImageX, Symantec Ghost) * Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Group Policies, DLL Conflicts, Windows Registry, network topologies, workstation remote control; * At least 3 years of technical experience providing technical support for Microsoft Windows Operating based desktop systems (preferred); * At least 3 years of working in a technical customer service role within a hierarchical IT environment; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems and/or equivalent certification (preferred); * Microsoft Certification (preferred). Details: Assistant Manager, Logistics General Description Responsible for either a single or multiple part of the logistics cycle of all Samsung products from manufacturing through SALS warehouses, to the customer. Responsible for regional customer account relations or managing product returns and claims from customers. The position ensures the smooth transportation of product through the transportation channel through the management of individual shipments in transit, the determination of shipping methods or warehousing methods, the management of delivery and documentation and the processing of claims through phone and personal contact with logistics colleagues at our business partners, internal partners, and customers. Duties & Responsibilities: Manage a business process from factory to customer distribution or retail center under general instruction, making routine decisions on matters that have light to moderate impact on business operations. Track and resolve shipping, warehouse, carrier shipping errors, and damaged products claims following general guidelines, getting manager approval for exceptional or high cost deviations. Manage transportation process from factory to customer delivery, focusing on one of the following: Inbound shipment tracking and delivery from overseas manufacturing to local distribution and warehousing facilities. Product management within the warehouse facility. Outbound shipping and delivery to customer distribution or retail centers. Reverse logistics process, managing all return shipments from customers to Samsung hubs, including reconciling claims and invoice discrepancies with customers, vendors, and insurance carriers. Provide general guidance and training to Logistics Coordinators.
