Details: PRIMARY PURPOSE: To perform a broad range of engineering, operational and analytical duties required for the accurate measurement and control of gas and crude oil on company pipeline assets. Test and evaluate new equipment, including EFMs, transmitters, chromatographs and related user interfaces in existing lab. Document flow computer programs and procedures. Provide support to field operations and engineers to resolve technical problems related to measurement, control, balancing, auditing, chromatography and SCADA. Keep abreast of industry trends, technology and changes. Review, revise, create and update Tallgrass measurement engineering standards, policies, procedures and best practices. Investigate measurement quality through data analysis, knowledge and experience and solid communications with field personnel; identify and prioritize possible issues.
