Details: Woodbridge Rehabilitation and Health Center is looking to hire a full time Nurse Supervisor to work on the weekend shift. Position is on Friday 3p-11p, and Saturday and Sunday from 7p-7a. Can be an RN or LPN. Previous Long Term Care experience is required. Long Term Care Supervisory experience is preferred. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing patient care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. The Nurse Supervisor: Performs responsible supervisory and professional work in directing and coordinating nursing units. Plans, organizes, and oversees staff to provide patient care; evaluates care and ensures customer satisfaction; oversees the department’s daily staffing requirements; orients clinical staff to their job responsibilities. Acts as an interface between her staff, their patients, and the patients' families, as well as between and the facilities’ physicians Implements and interprets organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations
