The Solutions Engineer will provide pre-sales technical support for connected multi-function printers (MFPs), wide format products (KIP/HP), as well as all of the Solutions based offerings. Extensive field experience and confirmation of expertise can be substituted. (Minimum of MCSE and CDIA) • Preferably ten years of field and corporate experience specifically relating to pre-sales technical support, or technical solution sales. (Minimum 5 years' experience) • Specific knowledge of network printing and scanning applications including color printing, scanning and storage. • In depth knowledge of the most widely used network and workstation operating systems, including networking interface standards. This includes the Microsoft platform, Novell, Unix, AS/400 and MAC. • Ability to communicate technical information effectively in verbal, written, and graphical formats.
