In this critical role for the residential community, you will maintain all physical aspects of the building as well as general apartment maintenance on a daily basis. This position is an integral part of the team and a key to our success! Repair concrete steps, stoops, patios, roofs, fencing, and signage when required. Paint and decorate apartments, hallways, etc., as directed by management. Be responsible for material control and efficient utilization of maintenance equipment. Keep accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, work orders, inventories. Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment based on the manufacturers recommendations and operation manuals, including boilers, hot water heaters, lawn equipment and other vehicles (boiler’s license not needed, but experience with HVAC systems required) Periodically inspect all units, buildings, and common areas, performing repairs and other duties as requested.
