Primary Accountabilities • Project leadership/management for quality systems initiatives and improvements • Site implementation of IT Quality System tools (e.g. EtQ, CalMan, etc.) • Partner and provide guidance and direction throughout the organization, sites and functions, for quality system processes • Chairs site Material, Complaint, CAPA and Supplier Quality Review Boards • Integration of new facilities/businesses into the Corporate Quality Management System • Development and dissemination of quality metrics as well as timely escalation of issues from site level reviews • Oversight of external standards process for managing both regulatory standards • Lead change for process standardization, simplification, efficiencies • Utilize process excellence tools/ methodology to ensure continuous improvement. Secondary Accountabilities (ability to back-fill or lead as needed the following activities) - Validation Ensure GMP and Quality System compliance for Validation Initiate, create, review, and approve validation and re-validation protocols Train others on validation protocols as needed Ensure sound statistical techniques and sampling plans are applied to process validation Collect, document, and analyze data and other information required by the validation protocols and prepare final reports for completed validations. Develop process validation/verification skills within the Mill Team Risk Management/Quality Function Deployment Ensure GMP and Quality System compliance for Risk Management Establish Product and Process FMEAs, Risk Management files, and control plans as required. Ensure sound statistical techniques and sampling plans are applied to incoming receiving, in-process, and final inspection activities. Ensure acceptance activities and requirements are defined as needed and suitability of test/ inspection methods. Ensure adequate process controls are in-place and followed. Assist with process control optimization.
