Operate construction hand tools and other specialized equipment safely, efficiently and effectively. Display an ability and willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule and work in various types of weather conditions (hot and cold). Exhibit an ability to work in a physically demanding environment including various situations that will include high climbing and heavy lifting of objects. Work with other crew personnel in a safe, organized, productive and enjoyable work environment treating everyone with dignity and respect Work Environment: Have to arrive no later than 6:30AM, and work up until 7PM at night. They have a 15 minute break in the morning, and afternoon with a half hour lunch. 50+ hours a week, plus some saturdays if they have the work. Will be arriving at the shop in Dodgeville, and then going out with the crew(permanent employees will be driving) and they will head to cosnturction sites to malke the post frame buildings outside. Dress code need to wear pants, and t-shirt, they provide all safety gear. Need steel toe boots though. If they have perscription eye wear they need to bring there own safety glasses. This is HARD work, meaning manual labor lifting 50-100 lbs at times. They stress that this is harder work than general wood frame construction, so they need to be ok with this and able to work with this type of labor. They are a group that works fast paced, as they get a bonus when they are permanent based on there output. Current Opportunities available: Store Manager As a Store Manager, you will provide superior customer service to Check ‘n Go customers by greeting customers, processing customer loan applications, answering customer inquiries regarding loan and product offerings, following established policies and procedures, assisting in the daily upkeep up of store premises and opening and closing of the store, and participate in roadside marketing as needed. Daily Store Operations The store manager provides superior customer service to Check ‘n Go customers by greeting customers, complete customer applications, enter information into computer, putting customers on the correct due date, following established policies and procedures, ensuring that transaction check numbers match checks in STARS system and process loan applications per established guidelines. Perform customer verifications. The store manager answers telephone inquiries providing superior customer service in response to general questions, customer applications, requests or other issues. Places outgoing customer courtesy calls and appointment reminders in accordance with federal regulations and store operating procedures. Escalate customer complaints to the DDO, if unable to resolve the issue directly with the customer. Balance individual batch receipts with store sales reports at end of day and assist with resolving over/shorts as needed. Responsible for timely daily check/cash bank deposits, over/short reports, daily store reports and other financial reporting. Responsible for handling and counting currency, cash, and coins to include managing a cash drawer, counting cash deposits, moving cash from secure safe to cash draw and other cash handling requirements. Ensure that store adheres to established collection policies. Responsible for meeting profitability results Store leadership: Serve as subject matter expert in operations and policies, and provide leadership to store employees. Recruit, interview, recommend for hire, oversee work of and train one or more Customer Service Representatives. Coordinate and maintain store staff schedules Ensure that staff provides excellent customer service.
