Details: Job Summary : Assists with cleaning duties required in the Food and Nutrition Services Department to maintain kitchen work areas, food service equipment, service ware and utensils in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition. This position is to maintain a high level of sanitation and safety in accordance with regulatory agencies. Essential Duties : Organizes and plans daily activities using the task analysis as a guide. Anticipates and works ahead as necessary to accommodate the needs of the upcoming shift. Communicates with co-workers, Coordinator, Manager, Director and others as necessary regarding the work of the department. Keeps up with department communications via Lifeline, bulletin board, meetings, meeting minutes, etc. Maintains equipment and work area as necessary throughout the day. Completes daily and special cleaning needs as assigned. Adheres to good sanitation and safety practices. Reports any maintenance repairs or unsafe conditions to management. Completes any other maintenance and/or upkeep duties as assigned on the task analysis. Checks water temperatures and chemicals as necessary. Washes, rinses, sanitizes and stores dishes and equipment normally found in an industrial cafeteria/kitchen. Segregate and remove trash and garbage to designated disposal area. Requisitions and stocks supplies. Operates equipment normally found in an institutional cafeteria/kitchen. Maintains confidentiality in employee/patient/customer related issues.

Associate Product Manager, Medicare Part D

Details: Job Summary : This position is responsible for providing product management of the Medicare Part D function. The Associate Product Manager (APM) authors and edits Medicare Part D content for all published beneficiary materials, both print and online. The APM, in conjunction with Navitus Medicare Part D Employer PDP group clients, will author various documents required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The APM will be responsible for content management of one or more Medicare Part D websites, ensuring compliance with Medicare Part D and Section 508 regulations. The APM acts as the liaison with Member Services and Client Services as it relates to member materials, and addresses all member material-related issues and requests originating from these teams. The APM also leads the development of reporting solutions to meet CMS Reporting Requirements and leads related CMS Data Validation Audits. Performance management metrics are tracked and reported by the APM to Navitus Medicare Part D Plan Sponsor clients. The APM ensures that the appropriate processes, procedures, and software are implemented to meet these requirements. The APM will lead various projects focused on enhancements to the overall Medicare Part D product domain, including annual and new client implementations. The APM also provides support to the Sales and Client Services departments, including RFP responses. This role requires project management skills, strong technical writing skills and knowledge of Medicare Part D rules and regulations. Job Responsibilities: Develops and maintains deep subject matter expertise related to Medicare Part D Marketing Guidelines, CMS Reporting Requirements, and CMS Data Validation Audit requirements. Develops, implements, and maintains required Medicare Part D beneficiary materials for all employer PDP group clients. Performs quality assurance on beneficiary materials produced to ensure accuracy and compliance with CMS regulations and client requirements. Monitors and interprets CMS regulations, guidance, and system changes related to Medicare Part D beneficiary materials.
