Answers telephones, reviews and updates contact screens, and looks for cross sell opportunities in accordance with company and department policy. May open and route mail to appropriate office personnel. May process outgoing mail. May accept and record cash receipts and disbursements and prepare bank deposits on a daily basis. May do filing as required. May oversee maintenance on copiers and fax machines.
