Details: The Daily Advertiser is seeking an Automotive Account Executive who will effectively manage auto territory accounts to meet or exceed retail goals for their combined non-daily products, special sections and online advertising. The Auto Account Executive will develop sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and product goals utilizing the Daily Advertiser and Daily World product lines. They will target and develop new and existing accounts demonstrating the value of the newspaper to close new business and up sell existing clients. They will develop sales strategies and plans to achieve special section goals. They will also ensure quality service and customer satisfaction for internal and external customers through accuracy, timeliness, communication and follow through. Responsibilities: The primary responsibility is to grow market share within a designated account list through the combination of acquiring new business and increasing current client spend while increasing client satisfaction. Maintains an awareness of revenue responsibilities and performance to goal. Develops and works a pipeline of potential customers’ growth within existing base; produces accurate forecasts. Communicates with clients on needs analysis, delivering proposals/campaigns and conflict resolution. Negotiates contracts/rates while keeping customer ROI and the Company’s rate integrity intact. Executes the 5-Step Sales process which includes: 1. Plan & Prepare, 2. Evaluate Needs, 3. Build the Solution, 4. Present and Close, and 5. Follow Through. For the right candidate, this position is considered a stepping stone for advancement to other opportunities within Ryan Community. Ideal candidates will have experience in criminal justice or social work, or will be pursuing a degree in those fields. This position is responsible for ensuring that effective programming continues throughout the night to all Ryan Community residents/clients in order to deliver organizational results. It includes providing weekend/holiday day and night relief time management of the halfway house to deliver required results. It also includes completing daily, weekly, monthly duties to ensure smooth transition to daytime treatment counselors. Submit resume to . Primary Responsibilities Include: Monitor and supervise all residents to ensure that program rules/policies are followed; account for their locations & activities throughout the day/night including recreational activities. Be familiar with the treatment plans of all residents in the program. Check residents at least two times per hour and maintain awareness of panic button location. Review High Risk Log. Ensure documentation of outlined requirements. Collect and review resident daily thought journals or logs. Provide feedback as necessary. Document completion of daily activity. Maintain non-visiting list for residents and post in visitation log. Organize Intake file for each resident. Maintain forms as requested by day staff. Administer Breath-a-lizer tests randomly and/or when evidence of alcohol use exists. Report suspected drug use to full-time staff. Perform miscellaneous duties: general office cleaning offices and staff restroom, fire drills, meal prep, planning and inventory as needed. Update resident treatment file to include all observations of behaviors/attitudes throughout shift as instructed by treatment staff Summarize significant daily activities in ISPs and email. Prepare monthly medication sheets and high-risk monitoring logs prior to first of each month.
