Foth Production Solutions, LLC is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Lead Packaging Engineer for our Madison, WI location, who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients’ success. Foth Production Solutions partners with selected Fortune 500 companies to accomplish product making and production objectives, including: plant rationalization, new product introductions, productivity improvements, custom machine development and manufacturing, changeover reductions, capacity increases and efficiency improvements. Primary Responsibilities: Act as overall project lead for the integration of new packaging systems Lead preparation of detailed engineering packages to include; design calculations, description of operation, system drawings, construction and installation packages, etc. Perform packaging system audits on installed systems, analyze results and develop recommendations for improvements; prepare reports and submit all required documentation to the client Lead equipment specification, selection, inspection, check-out and acceptance testing at vendor facilities Provide field installation support through equipment commissioning and start-up. Coordinate project activities with vendors and contractors All Foth members are expected to: Travel as required (domestic and/or international - approximately 30%) for field work and/or other client/business objectives Demonstrate behavior consistent with Foth Basic Principles and Values Work collaboratively and build effective relationships with others Communicate effectively across all levels within organization Maintain a positive attitude Interact with clients on a regular basis
