Accepts physician orders and reports them to the attending RN for incorporation into the client’s care plan. 10. Follows and implements the agency’s policies and procedures regarding infection control and safety measures. 11. Maintains availability at all times during his/her scheduled hours of work, either in person or by telecommunications. 12. Takes on-call duty on nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned. 13. Performs all client care in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a RN. II. Administrative (component proportion 20%) 1.
