Details: Under the direction of the Marketing Company President (MCP), provide relief help for General Managers, Area Field Managers, Traffic Control Manager and Storage Managers during vacations and up to two week periods of absence when attending certification classes, etc. Execute all duties of “fill in” position as if they were his/her normally assigned responsibilities. Perform on-the-job reviews of center operations, area field routes and reservation management areas using FRM Checklist, Dealer Service Report (DSR) or any other tools prescribed by U-Haul International. Perform various duties as assigned, including but not limited to profitable management, ordering products, correcting rental and retail inventories, setting up displays, distribution and promotion of U-Haul rental equipment, all according to U-Haul standards and procedures.
