Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed. Responsible for the management of the materials inventory when acting as HES's sole service provider at the wellsite. As needed, may perform data collection and data distribution on jobs. Has responsibility for conducting pressure pumping operations, such as spotting acid and other fluids, in accordance with job design parameters safely and consistently in accordance with the job plan. Coordinates the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Utilizes competency processes to enhance own skills development and job performance. Skills are typically acquired through completion of HES career development requirements as Service Specialists l. Our Customer Service/Claims Representatives work hard to build trusted relationships with members across their health care lifecycle. This includes educating members about management of their health and well-being, helping members to maximize health plan benefits, and personal health care dollars and owning customer service inquiries through to resolution. Responsibilities: Respond to complex customer calls Resolve customer service inquiries which could include: Benefit and Eligibility information Billing and Payment issues Customer material requests Physician assignments Authorization for treatment Explanation of Benefits (EOB) Provide the very best customer service to internal/external customers. (Approximately 50-60 calls per day). Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards Processes claims according to specified procedures and standards, meeting all position production and quality standards. Recognizes when to refer complicated claim situations to the various areas, outside firms and organizations. Submits and monitors claims referred to internal support units. Determines if third party recovery or reimbursable compensation potential exists. Handles complex claim situations. Analyzes and resolves problems from customers and providers. Selects and explains the best solution for the problem. Project work as assigned.

Details: Position: Machinist Wage: Depends on experience Shift: 1st QPS Employment Group has an immediate opening for a Machinist at a company in Edgar, WI. This is a temp-to-hire position with hours on first shift. Machine Operator Responsibilities: • Study and interpret drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of final products • Measure and mark dimensions and reference points on work pieces as a guide for subsequent machining • Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts the machine, within capabilities, controls or control media as required to insure quality of productions • Report all machine malfunctions to Operations Manager • Understanding of Production requirements, production scheduling, and reporting • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor
