Details: Body Shop Technician The Body Shop Technician is responsible for performing work assigned by the Body Shop Manager or Leadman. This person will be required to be familiar with any technical bulletins on products serviced by Mid-State. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining good customer relations by inspecting all work performed by his/her team to insure the least comebacks possible. Determine work requested from work order. Perform work as outlined on work order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Adhere to all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Be self-taught on all products sold or serviced by Mid-State. Possess and exercise excellent communication skills will all employees, manager, customers and suppliers of Mid-State. Attend factory sponsored training classes. Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins. Ensure that customer vehicles are kept clean. Keep shop area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership owned tools at all times. Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous waste. Follow all company guidelines as instructed regarding hazard communication, lockout/tag out, emergency procedures, etc. WORKING CONDITIONS: The Body Shop Technician will stand six to eight hours per shift, lift parts weighing 50 - 70 pounds several times during each shift, and use hoist and test equipment as needed. S/he will stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle, and feel. S/he will use hand and power tools. S/he will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.

Details: Parts Counterperson The Parts Counterperson sells, at retail, parts to all available customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line. 2) Pull purchased parts from stock. 3) If the part is not in stock, determine availability and submit an emergency order if requested by the customer. Ask if to be ordered stock or emergency. 4) Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information as requested. 5) Assist outside sales representatives with their order. 6) Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up. 7) Verify “will call" and “back-order" files weekly and return to vendors, or stock those items not required. 8) Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process. -bill required parts to repair orders -place orders for parts not in stock (emergency orders, etc.) 9) Act as primary phone operator at night. 10) Be friendly, professional, and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person. 11) Provide the same high level of service to the other dealership departments as is given to other customers. 12) Issue credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified. The Parts Manager must approve exceptions. Check if part was installed before credit is given. 13) Ensure that the customers sign all charge sales. -Follow requests in customer comment section when billing (i.e. Need PO, need signature, prior approval, etc.) 14) Keep front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered. Follow housekeeping standards for entire parts area. Keep bins and displays neat and orderly. 15) Advise Parts Manager when areas of the department are not in satisfactory condition. 16) Keep current on new products and product updates. 17) Participate in all training programs that are made available. 18) Operate microfiche reader for looking up parts as necessary. 19) Perform “cycle count" per nightly report. 20) Receive defective parts under warranty, completing all necessary information and routing to Warranty Administrator. Return parts when Authorization to Return is provided. 21) When making tax-exempt sales other than to a charge or regular cash account, ensure that the customer’s full name, address, ICC number, and signature is obtained. 22) Follow all company guidelines when accepting payment from customer via check, credit card, or charge account. 23) Inspect all cores before giving credit. 24) Assist in binning and putting away incoming stock inventory and new inventory stock. WORKING CONDITIONS: This is a physically demanding position. Will move throughout the parts shelves all day, reaching and climbing to obtain parts from inventory. Will stand six to eight hours during a shift at the customer counter. Some heavy lifting required. When delivering parts to the service department and body shop, will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust fumes, paint, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.

Sr. Network Engineer (Juniper / Cisco)
Details: This is a full time role with Hargray Communications located near Hilton Head, SC (Some relocation assistance is available for the right candidate) Summary: Designs, implements and maintains Hargray Communications’ network infrastructure using the latest technologies, develops internal processes for the deployment of these technologies, while providing leadership to our technical staff. Works in a team environment to develop and manage our Video, Data Network and ISP services in concert with other departments focusing on reliability, performance and security.
