Details: Job Summary: This position is responsible for database setup, maintenance and analysis utilizing the FIS proprietary Software software and done on the HP-NonStops. This involves configuring new customers into the application. The application is used to configure customer transaction routing, telecommunications and system configuration. In addition, manipulation of customer files on the HP-NonStop is often a required. Applicants will primarily work with internal groups to gain all of the necessary requirements for the configuration. An eye for detail and the ability to multi-task is a must.
