Description: The Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse functions under the general supervision of the Administrator. The Clinical Liaison is responsible for developing census as defined through targeted goals and developing referral relationships within the geographic territory with an emphasis on face-to-face contacts. Responsibilities: Assists referral sources in identifying patients with care needs that match the services provided by the community. Communicates with appropriate nursing community staff and ensures community is prepared for the residents arrival. Efficiently execute tasks needed to complete a quality building including but not limited to: digging and installing footings, framing walls and roof structures, installing windows, entry and other doors and door openings, installing various siding and roofing materials including hi-rib steel, shingles, wood and other siding materials and mortarless masonry units, finishing with metal and wood trims. Operate construction hand tools and other specialized equipment safely, efficiently and effectively. Display an ability and willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule and work in various types of weather conditions (hot and cold). Exhibit an ability to work in a physically demanding environment including various situations that will include high climbing and heavy lifting of objects. Work with other crew personnel in a safe, organized, productive and enjoyable work environment treating everyone with dignity and respect Work Environment: Have to arrive no later than 6:30AM, and work up until 7PM at night. They have a 15 minute break in the morning, and afternoon with a half hour lunch. 50+ hours a week, plus some saturdays if they have the work. Will be arriving at the shop in Dodgeville, and then going out with the crew(permanent employees will be driving) and they will head to cosnturction sites to malke the post frame buildings outside. Dress code need to wear pants, and t-shirt, they provide all safety gear. Need steel toe boots though. If they have perscription eye wear they need to bring there own safety glasses. This is HARD work, meaning manual labor lifting 50-100 lbs at times. They stress that this is harder work than general wood frame construction, so they need to be ok with this and able to work with this type of labor. They are a group that works fast paced, as they get a bonus when they are permanent based on there output. Work in crews of 6 members Qualifications: Must have: 1+ years in carpentry experience 1+ years construction, prefer post frame but general is ok 1+ year working with hand and power tools, and proficent working with them *Good teamwork attitude *If going permanent they need a clean driving record, but they will take good people to work as temps to help them for 6 months * Standard weight lifting requirements - 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds Construction, Carpentry, Tools, Labor, Framing, Materials, Wood. Position Summary Assumes full nursing responsiblity for the delivery of care to all patients in the hospital Continuously evaluates personal and professional performance and makes necessary changes to increase productivity and quality of care delivered Develops the patient plan of care and implements treatment strategies that are based on scientific nursing theory related to self-care and that promote physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health.
