Administrative Assistant II
Details: Responsible for providing clerical, administrative and technical support for the CPG Regional Director and Management Team. Maintains departmental files, contracts, schedules appointment and coordinates regional activities. Serves as the Regional Athena Super-User and Contact personal for all CPG locations in ARKLATEX. Provides practice support in all regional practice locations as assigned by Regional Director. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Acts as the liaison between clinic staff, physicians and Athena Support team to provide on-site assistance with Athena applications in the following: o Lead and reinforce standard workflows and best practices o Provide at-the-elbow support for users within regional practices o Mentors staff in using Athena application o Assists to resolve workflow or application issues o Central point of contact within Region for Athena related issues o Serve as the “go to” person with questions about Athena workflow Provides administrative and clerical support to Regional Director and Management Team, including but not limited to facilitating appointments, assisting with communications and special projects. Maintains Regional contracts and files while ensuring that confidentiality is strictly adhered to. Confers with management team and support staff to obtain data requested by Regional Director. Coordinates efforts to improve physician satisfaction and meet the needs of the physician and/or /practice associates whenever a situation arises. Details: CorvisaCloud Support Associate **Full-Time 2nd shift in our Downtown Milwaukee office. Job Description: The CorvisaCloud Support role provides product/technical support to end users (customers) to answer questions that they may have on the proper operation of the CorvisaCloud software. As a support staff, it is your responsibility to assure that each customer is receiving the highest possible customer service. This is accomplished by listening/reading the end user’s question and providing a timely, factual and end user understandable response that resolves their issue. CorvisaCloud support staff must stay current in their knowledge of the CorvisaCloud software as it evolves. Primary Responsibilities: Courteously field and respond (written or verbal) to email, voice, or chat inquiries from customers regarding the proper use of the CorvisaCloud software system. Properly document all customer interactions in the proper system as instructed. Maintain software competency as new features and changes emerge for the CorvisaCloud product Adhere to SLA’s set by CorvisaCloud Support Manager Follow all policies and procedures related to CorvisaCloud Support Provide “Over the Top” customer service to every client you interact with Document and maintain CorvisaCloud Support Confluence page as needed Identify and resolve all technical challenges as appropriate; executes duties in a thorough and timely manner Submits entries into a knowledge base designed to address common questions, advanced techniques and best practices. When working tickets: Validate for correct prioritization and monitor communication to users of resolution progress Strive for first call resolution to end-user issues Keep clear and thorough records in the ticketing system of all actions taken Troubleshoots VoIP, SIP, telephone, and all related technical aspects of a problem Effectively and professionally communicates with internal and external customers

Details: EHS Coordinator Greencastle, Indiana IAC is a leading automotive supplier with over 90 facilities across the world. IAC has more than 160 years of automotive interiors technology expertise. Built from the former global interiors divisions of Lear and Collins & Aikman, we have a broad base of experience with automotive interiors icons like Stankiewicz, United Technologies, Automotive Industries and Masland Industries. IAC is seeking EHS Coordinator for the Greencastle, IN facility. Scope/Purpose: To establish and document core job duties as the basis for a training and development plan to develop the skills necessary to perform the job effectively. Responsibilities and Duties: Greater than 50% of the EHS Coordinators time should be spent on the manufacturing floor to among other things observe operations, identify hazards and corrective actions, and engage as many employees as possible in the effort to achieve local EHS objectives. Must be able to effectively communicate interpersonally and with large / diverse groups oversee the implementation of IAC’s environmental health and safety program, and support the development and administration of Plant Level 2 EHS policies, procedures, and work instructions. Review all incident investigations for accuracy, including a description of the incident, the identification of root cause, and thorough corrective actions Lead the effort to develop corrective that improve working conditions and prevent occupational injury and illness. Manage company compliance with all relevant environmental, occupational health, and workplace safety regulations and standards. Implement and maintain the Emergency Action Plan for the Plant. Support the development of EHS education and training tools Analyzes data to drive corrective actions. Stay current with regard to new developments in the industry and rules and regulations. Collect data and provide reports (Loss Runs, MOS, etc) Support continuous improvement and employee engagement. Track and report improvement actions based on results from Systemic Improvement Plan (SIP) audits, SAFE Audits, and Layered Process Audits, and loss analysis Provide Incident Rate, Lost Time Accident rate, DART Rate, corresponding accident information, corrective actions and cost data to Human Resources Manager for MOS charts. Take a leadership role on the plant health and safety committee. Support the development of training and education tools such as, needs assessments, training content, training methods, and media. Escalate all incidents to Human Resources Manager and Plant Lead compliance effort with corporate guidelines for all programs and initiatives.
