This requires applying a consistent approach to analyzing P&L variances while creating high level recaps that clearly explain key drivers of RA financial performance. This includes calculating business unit and regional sales mix, segment P&L summaries, and an overview of variances. During the quarter, prepare an updated outlook to the Adjusted EPS forecast based on QTD results and current estimates. At quarter end, prepare summary financial recap of the YTD actual and forecasted results for the balance of the year. Cash Flow Forecast – Responsible for projecting and explaining company cash flow results based on detailed review of working capital and other key inputs. Entails working with GFO leads, OES finance, Tax and Treasury to develop credible cash flow forecasts and explain variances. Planning Processes - Support the traditional processes of financial planning such as annual operating plan, quarterly performance review and quarterly forecast. Responsibilities include developing consolidated balance sheet and ROIC forecasts used for BSR, board meetings, and AEIP/ICP targets as well as monthly updates of share count projections. Ad hoc responsibilities include driving process improvements in corporate reporting and analysis, board presentation preparation and review, and other ad hoc analytics in support of Corporate FP&A.
