The medical team is comprised of one medical director, three assistant medical directors, 10 medical advisors and five nurse practitioners. Assist in overseeing hospice and palliative care provided to patients residing in their homes, assisted living facilities, contracted hospitals and at Unity’s 12-bed hospice residence. This position is a part of a comprehensive continuum of care serving our hospice and palliative care patients. It involves consulting and collaborating with Unity’s medical director and assistant medical directors in addition to the patient’s attending physician. This is a sales representative position, with responsibility for an assigned region selling our telehealth products to the hospital and home care markets. Responsibilities will include initial business contact development through contract negotiation and sales close. Must be a subject matter expert and provide demonstrations customer training. • During sales presentations, position product strengths against the competition, handle objections professionally, adapt presentation style and answers to questions based on the audience. • Build and maintain an effective personal network to further build access to information, leads, and contacts. • Grow and manage a multi-state region efficiently and effectively • Attend trade shows Position Requirements: • Candidates must be aggressive hunters looking for an opportunity to maximize earning potential. • The successful candidate must have demonstrated success closing new accounts • Excellent planning, time management, decision making, negotiation, presentation and organization skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate with C-level, Finance, Physicians and Clinical Officers. • Proven ability to effectively work with key client executives along with setting appropriate expectations. • Individual needs to live within the current geography and within 30 miles of a major airport- metropolitan airport. • Travel 60% - 70%, approximately 3 over nights per week • Experience utilizing Sales Force or similar CRM required • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, clean driving record and pass a credit and federal background check
